This Website Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how SatoshiN13, LLC and its parents affiliates and subsidiaries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) process personal data obtained through findingsatoshi.com (the “Site”). This Notice does not cover our other online services that we own, manage, or provide, but do not include a link to this Notice. If we make material changes to how we use personal data, we will provide prominent notice or seek consent where required.
Personal Data Collection
We and our vendors may obtain personal data directly from you, when you visit the Site, or from our service providers or third parties. For purposes of U.S. privacy laws, we are the controller of personal data processed through the Site. Certain service providers, including Range Media Partners, process personal data on our behalf pursuant to written agreements. Depending on how you interact with us, we and our vendors may obtain the following personal data about you:

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

U.S. State Disclosures

California residents may ask us to provide them with (a) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to other parties, including affiliates, for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and (b) the identity of those other parties. California residents may make one such request per calendar year. Visitors From Outside the United States
